We are looking for an experienced Integration Engineer/Data Engineer who enjoys a varied workday and who wants to build systems that matter.
How? You might dig into data pipelines in the morning, pairing with developers on cloud-native services after lunch, collaborating with product teams on data contracts in the afternoon. You will be part of a cross-functional team where designers, agritech experts, and engineers work together to solve real-world problems for Norwegian farmers.
Your responsibilities will include
Building data transformations and pipelines that serve both applications and analytics
Integrating data from diverse sources, including IoT devices, cloud platforms, and partner systems
Ensuring high data quality through automated testing and monitoring
Contribute to scalable integration patterns and reusable components
Writing and deploying SQL and dbt code as part of our data platform
Collaborating closely with R&D, product managers, and application developers to support their data needs
Managing and documenting data contracts in cooperation with domain experts
We are looking for someone who has
A relevant degree (bachelor’s or higher) in computer science, engineering, or related field
4–5 years of experience as a developer, as a backend, integration, or data engineer
Experience building microservices and working with APIs
Hands-on experience with data pipelines
Hands on experience with SQL and relational databases
Has worked with cloud platforms (preferably AWS)
An engineering mindset - you understand how all the pieces fit together
Experience developing in Go (Kotlin, C# or Java are also relevant)
Experience with Snowflake is a bonus
Fluency in English

You’ll have flexibility in where you work. 😊 From our downtown Oslo office, the Ås office, or from home when needed. However, the teams enjoy and appreciate meeting three times per week. Our team includes people from India, Isfjorden, Oslo, Moss, Tyrkia, Ski and more. English is our working language. Come as you are 😊
